Maceration on the skins for one night then fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature on the yeasts. The Sauvignon has aromas of white flowers and gives freshness and marries perfectly with the Gros Manseng which brings citrus notes giving structure, softness and persistence, giving the palate a dry and fruity
